Waddingtons Formula 1 Motor Racing Board Game Mid 1960’s

Waddingtons Formula 1 Motor Racing Board Game, ‘an action packed motor racing game’. This is a 1st Edition version dating from around the mid-1960’s (it has the penalty charts printed on the board / not on a seperate sheet as with the 2nd edition). A game of up to 10 laps, for 2-6 players / ages 10yrs to adult. It has a simple format, each player has a card ‘dashboard’, and moves are determined by dice throwing, together with the combination of pit cards / tactic cards & a penalty chart. The winner is the player furthest past the winning line after all the players have had the same amount of turns. Contents are complete & in very good condition,with no broken parts. Packaging too is very sound, with no holes / torn corners or colour fading (slight surface tear to the bottom edge of the lid).
