Vintage Sorry Game 1940’s / 50’s

Vintage Sorry Game (pre-Waddingtons). Early version of this popular game, perhaps dating from the late 1940’s – early ’50’s. Comes
complete & in very good original condition, with all 44 cards / 16 ‘men’ / playing board / scoring tablet / instructions booklet (some loose pages) / all relevant paperwork & correct ‘Sorry’ pencil. Appears to have seen minimal use, having been in storage for many years (record score cards & ‘progressive’ score cards are still sealed in the original cellophane!!). Playing board fine, clean & unstained, with only a few minor marks; some slight fraying to inner centre seam. Box in fine condition for it’s age, with no staining, holes or torn corners; just some age-related corner & edge fraying to the lid.
