Subbuteo League Edition Boxed Set ~ 1981-82. Basically a re-boxed version of the earlier “Display Edition”, although you don’t see too many of these around. Contents include the base blue & red l/w teams / 2 x larger type footballs & standard type goals. These didn’t come with a pitch. Also has the setting up sheet & period Subbuteo order form which has partly been filled in by the original owner.

Box in generally very good order for it’s age, with no holes or biro scribble (lid is rather “rippled” with age & the tray has a tidy repair to one torn corner) / Inner card tray good (slightly torn to either side where the goals sit).
