Matchbox ~ Superfast Series No.55d Mercury Police Car ~ Produced 1970-71. Model in excellent condition, having been in storage for many years, with no signs of any damage or playwear. Unmarked gloss white paintwork, with red light to roof & police “shield” transfers to both front doors and bonnet. Mag wheels & racing suspension (underside stamped “No.55 or 73”). Box in generally very good order, with no torn end flaps or colour fading (does have some fine creasing to one end).
