Hornby R.300 Class 57XX GWR Pannier Tank Locomotive No.8773 ~ 1980-82 ~ To clear. Now here’s a cheapie for you, Loco in generally good condition, with no signs of damage or excess wear, but has been ‘parked up’ for several years. GWR green bodywork & decals good ~ axles / buffers & couplings all fine, but please note that the copper ring that should be on top of the smoke stack is MISSING. Tested & runs ok in both directions (after a slow start it must be said), but, in my opinion, was rather noisy, so could probably do with some degree of servicing before being fully commissioned again.
