Budgie Models No.702 Scammell Scarab ~ REA Express Carriers. Released in 1985, this was one of the last models to be produced under the ‘Budgie’ name, along with some variations of the Routemaster bus, and were distributed by ‘Merracroft Ltd’ for a short time in the mid / late 1980’s before disappearing altogether. This version is produced in REA Express Carriers dark red livery. Model in excellent condition, with unmarked paintwork & decals. Box & inner card tray both in very good order, with no holes / tears or biro scribble.
