Ariel Wembley Game ‘The Thrilling Cup Tie Game’. This is quite an early version of this classic Soccer game, dating back to the early 1970’s (purchased from ‘Gill & Son Toys’ at a price of £1.99p). Checked, and in very good condition, appearing to have seen only minimal use, having been in dry storage for many years. Includes all of the original playing pieces: 32 team name cards plus 6 x blanks / 32 draw cards plus 6 x blanks / 6 x dice / dice shaker / 12 x counters (still housed in the original bag) / full set of bank notes & instructions booklet. Playing board is also in very good order. Box & inner tray both generally very sound for their age, with no rips / holes / torn corners or colour fading.
