Airfix Super Flight Deck Game ~ With Power Launcher, Code No.51333-5. “A Phantom Jet Fighter under your complete control” ~ Dating
from 1975, this game is an updated version of the “Flight Deck” game which was released a couple of years earlier. The challenge of the game is to land an RAF Phantom onto the
deck of an Aircraft Carrier, via a nylon line & pulley control
lever, to a distance of 12ft up to 40ft (can be operated either indoors or
outside). Complete, and appears to have seen only minimal playwear, with
all parts in very good, undamaged condition; including all levers /
arms / pulleys / supports / flight deck / Phantom Jet & instructions
leaflet (also includes the original red plastic spool with plenty of
nylon line. Box
& inner packaging also both in generally
very good order for it’s age, with no colour fading or staining,
although box is a little frayed around the edges & slightly creased to the end flaps. It is also a fair size (box measures approx 27″ x 10″).
