Subbuteo Hockey Boxed Set ~ 1981-83

Subbuteo Hockey Boxed Set ~ 1981-83. Complete and in excellent / unused condition, having been in dry storage since purchased. The lower tray and entire contents are still sealed in the original cellophane. Contents very much similar to a football ‘Club Edition’ boxed set, which include 2 x female teams (10 in each plus goalies), one finished in blue & white, the other in red & white / 2 x goals / 2 x balls / pitch, together with instructions booklet, and most likely some other period paperwork tucked under the pitch. As you can see, most of the players have, at sometime or other, fallen out out of their slots in the polystyrene tray, and have become wedged in various other positions under the cellophane. None of the players appear to be damaged (i.e, all of the hockey sticks are intact). To re-position the players back into their slots will obviously mean having to cut the cellophane to gain access, which will then mean that it is not ‘factory sealed’, so i’m afraid i’m leaving them as they are!! Box is in generally very good order for it’s age, with no holes / torn corners or biro scribble, although lid does have some minor corner ‘scuffing’, with some slight sun fading to one side together with a couple of small water stain marks.
