Subbuteo Heavyweight Team Ref.47 Arsenal 2nd / Mansfield etc. Late 1970’s team in very good condition, with no signs of any damage, reglues or playwear. Players have “skin” coloured plastic head & legs. Fitted to amber outer / light blue inner bases. One player is standing with a slight “stoop” (i.e,as if he has a bad back!!) ~ Through being poorly moulded during manufacture. Inner discs are quite a loose fit in the outer bases as can be the case in these late 1970’s H/W teams. Original period box in generally very good order. There is a sticker removal surface tear to the bottom end panel, which had “Newcastle United” written in biro underneath. Inner plastic tray good (split in places to sides). Ref.label intact, but NO number printed.
