Gibson Games ~ Battle Of Britain Board Game. A game for 2 players of ‘aerial strategy based on the historic battle for the skies during the summer of 1940’. Game is not dated, but most-likely dates from the late 1970’s / early ’80’s. Comes complete with 2 x lots of 38 playing pieces / playing board, plus instructions booklet & period sheet advertising other Gibson games. The winner is the player who achieves total destruction of the enemy (other player’s) airfields. Box generally very good for it’s age, with no rips or torn corners (just some slight edge scuffing to the lid).
