Ford Tractors Equipment Agri-Hazard Board Game ~ 1973
£35.00
Ford Tractors Equipment Agri-Hazard Board Game. ‘An exciting and instructive farm game’ as stated on the side of the lid ~ Dating from 1973. A game for 2-6 players ages 10yrs onwards, each player begins with £450,530 (why that amount i don’t know!!), as you move along the 48 squares, the object is to obtain as many farms as possible, and them stock them with bullocks / cattle / sheep & tractors ~ A player must have a farm before he can begin to stock it. The game includes market report & hazard cards which can either help or hinder your progress. The general theme is rather along the lines of Monopoly. The winner is the player, who after adding the total value of his farms plus cash, has the most money. No time limit is set on the game, so it is advised that you set a limit before play commences. This version is in overall very good condition for it’s age, checked & complete, containing all playing pieces / cards / money / 2 x dice & shaker, plus clean playing board & instructions sheet (instructions sheet slightly split at the centre seam). The 6 x player pawns are hidden behind the centre pack of farm cards. Box generally good, with no holes / colour fading or biro scribble, although 3 x corners of the lid have had tidy sellotape repairs.
