Classic Spears Scrabble Game Mid 1990’s

Spears Scrabble Game, dating from approx 1993. For 2-4 players ~ 10yrs upwards. This set is complete, and in excellent overall condition. Contents include a full quota of 100 x tiles (yes,i did count them all!!) / 4 x tile racks / playing board / scoresheet pad & instructions booklet. Box & inner tray both in very good condition (some minor marks to lid incurred during storage). Mattel purchased Spears in 1994, and promptly closed the Enfield factory the following year; so you are now looking at the last British production of a great traditional game.
