Budgie Models No.702 Scammell Scarab ~ GWR 1835-1985. This was one of the last models to be produced under the ‘Budgie’ name, along with some variations of the Routemaster bus, and were distributed by ‘Merracroft Ltd’ for a short time in the mid / late 1980’s before disappearing altogether. This version is produced in GWR brown & cream livery, commemorating their 150th anniversary. Model in excellent condition, with unmarked paintwork & decals. Box in very good order, with no holes / tears or biro scribble, although the inner card tray what the model should sit on is missing.
