Avalon Hill ‘Bookcase Game’ Flight Leader. Introduced in 1986, this is ‘a Game of Air-to-Air Jet Combat Tactics’ 1950 – Present (circa 1985), for 2-8 players, and has a running time of between 30 minutes & 3 hours, depending on which rules are used. As you may well know, Avalon Hill are an American games company that specialize in wargame & strategy board games. The contents of this game are in generally excellent condition, most-likely unplayed with as both carded sheets have remained unpunched; Instructions booklet / pilots manual / aircraft status / aircrew aid cards / dice & accompanying period paperwork all in very good, clean order, with no staining or creasing. Box is sound enough, but does have some edge scuffing & one TORN CORNER.
