Subbuteo World Cup France 98 Boxed Set ~ European Edition. This was the last World Cup Set to be produced by Hasbro, issued in 1997. This particular set was produced for the European market, with Brazil / France & Italian teams, and shows Zinedine Zidane on the box lid playing for France against Sweden. Supplied with non-standard white Hasbro bases. Set is in overall excellent condition, and appears to be unused (green bases are still sealed in the original plastic bag.

Comes with all the parts as supplied from new: 3 x Teams (plus one extra player in each) / 3 x Goalies / 4 x balls ( 2 x standard & 2 x white Tango) / Goals & nets / pitch / 1 x kicker / 1 x thrower / instructions leaflet & period paperwork. All of the contents are in excellent, undamaged condition. Box generally very sound, with no holes, torn corners or biro scribble (lid has a very minor surface tear to the top l/h corner where the price sticker was removed) ~ Inner plastic tray fine.
